I had a unit that was dropping out at 700 yards, no hills just dropping the dog. Called and was surprised to get a responce that I probably couldn't give it up because it's bird season. They shipped me a replacement and told me to send in the bad one. Not only that but got the new one in 2 days. Great folks.

I have had some good experiences with them, but lately they kept trying to tell me to take the collar apart and its still not working good. The DC 30's just dont hold up good. The DC 40's have been good so far tho

Have one that will reach 500 on occasion and had one that triped the Garmin at 700. Most times the ones I run now will not exceed 400 yards and usually 250-300 is the max.

I wish 700 was the max sometimes. I run the collars on hog dogs and there aint no max. A few weeks ago I had the DC 40 pick up a dog at 2.3 miles, it was only for a sec but thats all we needed
