Any of you taxidermist have pics of an oryx you have done. I keep seeing the same mounts due to there horns, but am curious to know if there are any other options out there. Thanks for sharing!!!

Your options are limitless. It all depends what you want to have done and howmuch your are willing to pay. Any qualified taxidermist can alter the form according to your specifications. Check out our pictures of gemsboks/oryx on our website gallery under African. We do quite a few of them and whatever the client wants, the client gets.

I would prefer to have a wall mount because of limited space in the house. The only thing I have seen is the animal looking right or left. I prefer something different.
Nice website Mike!

A wall pedestal would be another option for you. Since there are no forms on the market for that yet, the taxidermist would have to alter one for that purpose. Would raise the price of the mount but it definitely would be something different.

I mounted 4 of them (Spring, Tx) last fall. The horns were so long had to use a sharp next turn form (Mckenzie). There are only a few options unlesss you go with a custom job.
