Thanks for your interest. We have very nice whitetail deer, some muledeer, dove and quail. increasing hogs, bobcats and the once in a while mountain lion. The terrain is awesome as it is very diverse and heavy with cover. We have a 200 foot ridge that drops down to mesquite flats. It is a year round lease to hunt all legal game. immediate family and guests are allowed with restrictions that they must hunt off your allowed limits per TPWD. Guests may not access the property without you.

Not a problem. Keep in mind that we have others that we have scheduled. You had first choice, but if you cannot come til later, we will have to let them choose first. Let me know what time you would like to meet.

Still have openings and the Deer have not noticed that the season has started. $1000 per hunter gets you from now till June 2011.

What about the entire 2011-12 season? Is that 1000 per gun too?

Is the land still available? I would be interested in the 2011-2012 season as well.
