130 core lokt PSP works great and has a nice tight pattern at 100 yds with my 270, never saw a need to even try the 150's. However, my absolute favorite round out of it is a handload 110 gr hollow point. Maybe they are 100 gr, I can't remember since I had them made around 13 yrs ago. I prefer neck and head shots 90% of the time with either load so long as the shot is 100 yd or less (which they normally are at the places I have hunted). That little hollow point flying at around 3,000 ft per second does quite the number on a neck shot.

Remington made a 140 Accutip that was my favorite but they are hard to find.

Nothing fancy, Rem Core Lokt PSP 130 since I can remember... Same with me. I've tried others but kept going back to this load. 35 years or so

130.....flatter shooting and more accurate from my experience. Probably my favorite load for whitetail with the possible exception of the 117 gr. shot from a 25.06.

My .270 shoots 130's as accurate as any deer rifle I have ever shot so that is what I use.

Depends on game. But usually 130. The bigger the game is, then I go up to the 150.
