I am looking for a reputable and affordable taxidermist. I have a pair of woodies I want mounted and would like to go local. Any reccomendations would be greatly appreciated.

Eagle Lake Texas. Not far from Katy, maybe 30-45min drive. B and S Taxidermy, Bobby and Shelly Weid. They've done 13 birds for me so far and I love every single one. Bobby specializes in waterfowl but does everything else too. He's in the heart of the rice fields so he gets a ton of birds to mount. Great guy. If you want to see his work just look at their shop. It's pretty nice with a big selection of mounts. PM me if you need anymore info.

I used Woods & Water in Conroe and liked the mallard they did for me.
