Here is my plight. My lease has a strong hog population. We have sign all over the place. However I've yet to see one during daylight. Saturday morning after my hunt, I poured 160 pounds of corn around my bow stand. Saturday evening, nothing. When I went back Sunday morning, POOF everything vanished. So my question is will they ever revert from nocturnal? Any ideas?

Yes, when it gets colder. They will be more active as the temp falls.

+1 on the tempature. During the summer or anytime its hot they will go nocturnal. When it gets colder they will start moving more. Also the moon plays a big role as well. Eventually they will move in the morning or evening. Really its just a luck of the draw

ii have actually seen and killed a few in the late evening hours during late summer and seems there time schedule doesnt change whe the season does unless there is a lot of pressure, i dont see them in the winter during the day very often at all unless u get out and push them out of the thickets. this time of year should be good

I really don't need to feed like that?? Well, when there are 5 others running feeders like me I figured I need some sort of edge.. Perhaps if I feed more, they'll hang around more.. Seems logical, but I'm no expert.

What you need is a Q beam with a red light filter, 3 buddies (all with AR15s or shotguns with buckshot), and to get out there at night. If they want to play at night, then join 'em.
Make sure you video it too.
The pigs we have on camera, we have see both at night and day. What rickey t said is dead on. When I compare the moon phases with the feeding patterns. Full moon = night time feeding.

Hogs move more depending on temperature than light.. When it is 30 during the day they will more than likely move all day and huddle up at night to stay warm.
