I've seen a few game cameras out there for $49-59 and wanted to know if any of you guys have any experience with them. Between the pipeline workers and the local poachers, I tend to stick with the cheapest equipment I can find as it relates to one place I hunt. Anything nice or not chain-locked or cemented down seems to walk off.

Anyone with any experience with these? Thumbs up or down?

Thumbs down. I have a $49 wildgame from academy. I would rather not even have a camera out. I will have deer at the feeder and it will not take pics and when it does take pics they are horrible and hard to make out. I wuit using mine a while back and invested in something a little bit more exp. I would go with a more exp camera and lock it up.

I have two Stealth Cam Wildview STC-TGL3IR. I bought one from a member here and another from Amzon store used. They are $50 cams. I have not had any problems with them and get 2 months on 4 C-cells. The infrared works pretty good. Daytime pics can get overexposed but I can't justify spending more than that.

I have 2 of the Wildgame Innovation IR4's and LOVE them. They are good enough for what I need them for and priced under $100 each(think they are around $70-$80). Plus they don't eat up battery life either..especially when I get over 100 pig pics in a weekends time.
