What's in these bottles is it just uncented powder? I'm wondering if anyone refills with something from WalMart?

Probably just talcum powder or corn starch (baby powder).

Can you buy unscented talc powder? That may be what is used.

Why would it mater if it is unscented? If he is down wind and can smell it the powder will be the last of his worries. He will be smelling you.

I use an empty nose spray bottle and fill it with flour and it works fine
