Gonna have to go with Teddy Roosevelt. Anyone who has been hunting in the high country ought to agree

Jack O'Connor biggest contribution back when he was starting out was his love for the .270, he was the man that lead the charge and was responsible for the .270 revolution.

"Famous" outdoors man? Theodore Roosevelt hands down as a hunter, naturalist, and conservationist, among many other things outdoors related. Most members of this forum have hunted, fished, or enjoyed nature of at least one of the 230,000,000 acres he was responsible for preserving. Easily the best president we've ever had - too bad we can't resurrect him and get these liberal douches out of D.C.

Nixon? Are you serious man? I sure hope Uncle Ted is like Brandon X or something just jerking our chains... I listed some of what he did for the outdoors. Why is it when i think someone deserves a little pat on the back or put them in my top pics alot of folks get sore. I dont like to argue but I do like to talk about folks I like and will defend them to folks.
