In both mine and my brother-in-law's stand we have what appears to be a solid Brigade of highly motivated yellow jackets. Does anyone know of some sort of fogger or dirty bomb I can throw in there to just hammer 'em. They're so thick its hard to even get close to the blinds and just spray 'em...I'll prob just do mine and tell him I took care of his and let him find out the hard way opening day!

We use regular foggers in one of our blinds every year. It works great.

Get the "No Pest Strips" from Ace Hardware, and elsewhere, and hang one in the blind. Keeps the little critters out all season long.

X3 I have been using them for over 15 years and they do work. You need to have a fairly tightly sealed blind for them to work best. They will kill the yellowjackets overnight but when they will not keep other from coming in but the new ones will die overnight. You can order them from Mumme's Inc. in Hondo if you can not find a source any place else. Some people have said that the odor they put out bothers them so just keep a small plastic bag in the blind and put it in it while you sit and take back out when you leave.

Granted I have never been hunting before But the owner of the land I work and going to start hunting on told me to set off a bug bomb 3 to 4 weeks ago then he wants me to set one off 1 week before opening day. he told me he dose this every year and he has no prob with any kind of bugs and from what it looks like there is nothing there.

So just the typical fogger you can get at home depot? The ones you might set off in a house....I gotta make sure and hammer these dudes, don't want to just piss them off!

Just set the fogger off in your stand at night, and leave it, the next morning they will all be dead.

This subject is somewhat debateable but.....I used chlorine tablets in my blinds and the pests will not come in your stand, period. If they fly in while you're in it they will leave.!!

If you can get at them with a spray, try Raid Wasp Spray with Pemeretherine or Pirethens. It will "freeze" them as soon as it hits them and they will fall.

We have a couple cool mornings coming up when you should be able to approach the stands safely and spray and/or bomb them.

I sat off an orange raid fogger last weekend at about 10 because I saw 3 wasp sleeping. Went back at 1130, one was dying and the other stirring. So I added a raid blue fumigator. So 2 bombs in two hours in a 4x6. Buddy sat in the stand the next morning and got stung.
I dont see how anything lived
