There are several makers of hog lights, I've made them with a mag light and red lens attached to the stabilizer. I've also used laser lights. You just have to try different things and see what works best for you.

The only other thing that can be tricky is seeing your peep. Glow in the dark paint or even white-out works well.

Check out www.thebowlite.com I have the red one can can shoot over 50 yards with it. Super bright and has long battery life and a battery charger with an extra battery. A little pricey but well worth it

I've got the "stabalight" and it's freaking awesome. No noise or vibation at all, very handy, I've killed three hogs this year that I wouldnt have w/o it

The bow mount lights from Elusive Wildlife are the cat's meow....
Kinda pricey, about 100 bones with 2 batteries, charger, stabilizer mount, pressure switch to turn it on (momentarily) etc.. But by far the best I've used..
I added a dimmable LED pin light to my sights.. I can shoot any hog within 30 yards at any time of night..
The green light shining on them doesn't bother them in the least.. I will shine them, and keep it on long enough to decide which one I want to shoot, turn it off, draw your bow, hit the button on your bow handle, and let her fly...

Got a green and a red one. Use them on my bow with the stabilizer mount and on my AR. The batteries last, they are bright and with the momentary switch, silent.

I highly recommend them and they come with excellent customer service.

I work hard, drink a little and hunt when I can.
