My family owns a 2500 acre ranch in lampasas, but living just north of denton its a pretty lengthy drive for just a weekend hunt. We are looking for a lease somewhere north east/west of denton (clay, cooke, montague, jack, wise, denton co) 3-5 hunters at around $1500 a gun annually for 2011 season. Experienced and responsbile adult hunters, rifle only, no alcohol. Please pm me if you have or know someone looking to lease!

Man I would drive and hunt Lampasas. There are lots of good areas down there full of deer. If you can hunt for free that is a no brainer. bang

I have also been looking in N. Texas, (I live in Ft. Worth) but if you're looking to lease out part of your Lampassas property, please contact me!!

sorry our ranch is a family owned/hunted type thing. i would love to keep hunting there, we have tons of land, lots of big deer, managed tags from texas parks and wildlife, a big house on it and its high fenced but its just far from my house. im thinking about making the drive a few times a year but would like a place thats closer to my house where i can just go for a morning or afternoon hunt then be home that night.

Is Olney too far? We might have two openings.
