I live in the Fort worth area and am looking for a good quality gun range to shoot some trap, skeet, sporting clay and hopefully they would have a good rifle range.
Any suggestions, other than Alpine?????
They are just too busy, rude and their skeet, trap and sporting clays set up is terrible.

Check out Arlington Sportsman's Club...they are actually in Mansfield. They have an open sporting clays shoot this weekend and it is $25 for 100 targets. Nothing to tough just good fun affordable targets.

I live on the other side of the metro mess from them or I would be a member. I belong to Terrell Gun Club on this side of town and shoot over there some with my Ft Worth buds.

Fort Worth Trap and Skeet Club is on I 20 just west of Loop 820, but no sporting clays or rifle range. 817/244-9878. You can try it out a few times just paying for your targets.

I know several folks that love Arlington Sportsmans Club.

see the links in my signature. my DFW gun range page is weak on FTW but you have a list to start with.

Also, you can search the other links and find ranges, clubs and private clubs you did not know existed.

here are two more links

TEXAS - link to over 250 firearm ranges in TEXAS

Texas State Rifle Association Texas Gun Clubs and Ranges

Hope this helps.
