Do you guys move your stand after taking a deer? I have a stand next to a creek and was seeing deer every time out until I shot one? Since then I have been back 3 times and no deer sightings. Will they return or is it time to relocate?

The deer will return. I have stands that have been in the same spot for 20 plus year and produce multiple deer each year.
I'd suspect something else. Hogs may have moved in, they're smelling you before they get to you, too much human activity around that stand, something along those lines.
I'd install a camera and let the stand sit unused for a few weeks and see what happens.

I sat at a stand last weekend the day after a 9pt was shot and gutted about 60-70 from the feeder. I saw several deer there and even a couple of sika deer (low fence). I wouldn't move it.

I have shot 5 deer in the same oat patch within 2 hours, let each deer lay, they kept coming in with dead deer in the patch. Imagine that 5th deer. Came in and 4 others were laying there. KaBOOM.

I've killed deer in the morning, gutted them literally under the feeder, and had deer all over the feeder that evening. In fact, I've shot deer early, drug them off 10 yards to the side, and had deer back within the hour...

I killed a buck under my feeder last year in the morning, had five more under it that evening. Leave the stand there, it's acorns they're after now. My deer have moved out for two months now but I expect them back any day now.

I've shot a doe under a feeder, gotten out of the stand to go get the truck, and then had a pretty good buck eating corn 5 feet from the dead doe when I drove back up to the feeder. I've been on hunts where guys shot 4-5 deer before ever getting out of the stand when trying to fill MLD permits.

We make it a practice not to gut deer in the area of our feeders but for cleanliness reasons only and we hunt 8 blinds in a fairly small pasture so we don't promote a lot of movement until after hunting hours. Therefore sometimes a downed deer will lay for an extended period under a feeder. Very seldom do they cause much alarm to the returning deer.

I shot one Saturday afternoon. It was with 3 other deer. The other 3 deer were back eating the corn Sunday monring, not seeming to miss the other one at all.

When you shot the deer did it run from the feeder or drop right there. If it dropped dead under the feeder, then it emitted deathmusk on the ground under the feeder, this is unique to east texas deer only. The only way to counteract this musk is to massage the anal gland of the deer with your right hand while you patting your head with the left hand and then follow "bjepsen85"'s advice.

The deer will come back. I have never moved stands unless the conditions changed. I do try to clean all the blood off the ground even if I have to use a shovel.
