I can attest to the AWESOME pheasant hunting in west texas! 15 years ago i was invited on a 4 day hunt to Hail Center Texas. We had 40 guys in the hunting party 10-15 blockers and 15-20 hunters in field. we killed 72 birds in 3 days! it was totally amazing! BUT? before you pay a lot of money for a guided hunt, call the camber of commerce, a lot of the boy scout troops and local clubs sponsor day hunts for 50 bucks or less and will drive you to the different fields to hunt! It is a great bargain and a way to give back to youth groups....
