Well next weekend will be my first time deer hunting in Texas...if I can find a truck to borrow. The one I was gonna borrow fell through and I don't think my car can cross the small depression from the road to the ranch 'll be at. If it all works out, I'll be just west of Rocksprings looking for my first bow kill and first deer ever! Here's hoping! At least I only have 2 work days until next Friday, being a cop has its benefits!

yeah this coming up weekend will be my first chance to hunt this season. I've spent the last few days checking gear and clothing and probably will double check it all again during the week just because.

This weekend my son and I will be bow hunting for the first time also. We hunt 30 miles SW of Rock Springs. We can't wait.

I went this weekend and had 3 10s under my feeder for 45 min 2 were a little young and the big one I should have slung the stick at him but I passed him up also had a 4 pt and spike and 3 or 4 does they had no clue I was in the blind.Will be taking my son this weekend this will be his first bowhunt

it will be my first weekend out as well
