Is it possible to put three shots in a three inch spread at 100yrds shooting a 20ga slug with a 20in barrel? If so how difficult?

not at all... slugs have come a long way... remington and winchester both have high velocity slugs that shoot flat out to 75 yards. if you are using open sights i'd say good luck with that but if you are wanting what you are wanting stick a scope on there and with time and practice you'll get it done.
