We are heading out Wednesday afternoon. Hopefully scout on Thursday and set up our pop ups on Friday morning. Since we will be in Fannin county might try to squeeze a couple of hours of fishing in also.

Sunday afternoon when I wake up

Friday morning, heading to Brownwood! Will be perched in my tree waiting for the sun to rise. The best buck we've seen so far on the game came broke half his rack off about two weeks ago so he has a pass for this year. We will see what shows up! Will thin some does for sure!

friday night, head to the ranch... Be in the tripod about 5:45am saturday morning.

Friday noon, be there around 3pm. In a stand scouting at around 4pm.

Will be leaving work around noon, will be at the least around 4pm. Will do a little shooting, have a light supper, a beer or two. Go to bed early, wake up and have at it.

Friday by 2pm to try and beat the rush hour in the Metro Mess. Headed west from Mesquite. One of the THF guys is trying to get a group of hunters for dinner at Mary's. Chime in if its in your hunting or travel path. I am hunting solo for the opener, will have a bud in on Saturday evening but would enjoy hanging with some guys over some killer CFS at Mary's in Strawn.

Leaving DFW at 11:30 on Friday, plan to be in stand near Zephyr by 4:00 - 4:30!! to check things out.

I hunted the Zephyr area a few years ago. Great area! Good luck!

Leaving about the same time, headed to the same area (about 5 minutes east of Zephyr on 218), already checked thing out this weekend and got everything set.

Friday around 10am. Going to get there and setup my climber and lock it to the tree. check the game cams to see whats going on. Going to make my own deer attactant with salt and syrp. going to put that out over some corn.
