There are good numbers of them on the west coast, plus that hunt their doing out of Adak Alaska has nothing but euro wigeon and no Americans. I'm going after the euro/hybrids this January in the US so excited to give it a go. Will also be shooting a bunch of them in Scotland next week but won't be in full plumage I'm very sad to say.
