Hi to all,
I know in the internet age we are all probably reading fewer books but...
I am interested in coming up with a list of books about hunting. That would be anything from real-life narratives of hunts, to rational, well-thought out arguments in support of hunting and examinations of why people feel the need to hunt. Id like to read these things because hunting is increasingly under attack. When I see these attacks I would like to be able to respond in both word and print...
PS: (I will never forget hearing hunting bashed at the first (and last)PTA meeting I ever attended. Mikebuck

Where the Red Fern Grows and My Side of the Mountain were 2 of my favorites when I was younger.

I just started the oldman and the boy myself.
Just finished "Hell I was there" a couple of weeks ago. It's by Elmer Keith. Awesome book about an amazing man. A must read for anyone into firearms and hunting.
