We usually go up and down Rowlett Creek around the Miller bridge, or the far northern points of the lake where most boats never go, be warned that the northern parts are very low now and there are always lots of stumps. Also, the entire lake is considered a city park by the City of Dallas, which means no shooting of guns or bows anywhere on the lake or shore line, just FYI

Me and some of my friends go back behind broken bridge. It Is pretty good back there. It does get outrageously intense though so be prepared. I have literally seen my friend shoot after a snake and penetrate a coach. I did get this carp though.
