If you don't get dove here you won't get them in west texas. Those are the landowners phone numbers. You won't regret it. He has RV hookups from several years ago at 20.00 dollers a day.

Just talked to the land owner and he says the dove are thick. As of right now he has no hunters signed up.

Stamford place has 40 ac of cut sunflowers, the Haskell place has 60 ac of standing sunflowers with rows cut, dirt base and another 20 ac of haygrazer.

Finally someone with a great price on dove hunting......

Hope you get some clients.....If I was closer i would come just to say I got to hunt for $30 a day......

I just back from hunting Haskell and our fields were loaded. Not with fishon but another outfitter. $30 is a steal if they are there.

You guys, just got back from this place, and had a great hunt. I would not say birds are crazy and everywhere, but we had no problem limiting Wed, thur, and Friday. There are a lot of birds in the area. Friday morning was a bit harder to scratch a limit with the storm that came thru Thusday night. But there is sunflowers cut and also wheat on the ground from another crop. I hunted Haskell and Mike in an old farmer and good guy, I hunted Stamford before as well, so I give this place 2 thumbs up for sure!!

Oh, and btw, if you guys go out there and hunt, you can hunt all the spots except this one, this is my spot.

It picked back up again yesterday evening. I just got off the phone with fishon1017, he limited pretty quick yesterday evening and this morning, I think he said most of the other hunters out there were managing limits as well.

Well both places have not been hunted since opening weekend and the owner says the birds are thick again. This weekend should be great. See the original post for phone numbers. The Stamford place has 2 motels 1 mile from the field. The Haskel place has hookups for RV at 20.00 night or with 4 or more people I believe he rents the farm house out at 20.00 a person per night. Farm house has all the fixen's.

Farmer called and said he has never seen so many dove. And that means something because he's not looking for them. So I'm off to Haskell Tx tonight to hunt Sat 10/2 and Sun morning. I have 3 friends hunting it this evening so I'll have an report for anyone that leaves me a phone msg.
