The wife made this up last nite
1 lb ground venison with Lawrys taco seasoning , chedder cheese & lettuce ,tomato,sweet onions along with homemade taco shells

that looks great. you can not beat a home made crispy taco. i do not know why most mexican food places continue to use store bought taco shells,when fresh fried ones blow them away.

We do that all the time. well until we run out of ground venison. NOT YET!

We just buy Old El Paso taco shells from the store. It isn't that we are doing anything different than we normally would when we make tacos, we just use ground venison instead of ground beef.

My wife takes regular corn tortillas and lightly fries them in canola oil, then folds them into a taco shell shape, and places them on a paper towel to drain & cool before using them Much taster than store bought shells

Try usng your venison breakfast sausage just like you would use ground venison. Man the sausage seasonings makes it a really tasty taco.

I didn't notice how hungry I was until I opened this thread.
And the fact of the matter is, is no matter what level your dog is trained to or not trained to, your gonna take them home, feed them, and their gonna lay on the floor and lick their butt.
