Does anyone have a good dealer in the metroplex they can recommend? Doesn't have to be the cheapest (although it always helps!), but someone you wouldn't hesitate to buy from (solid cust service, no games, etc..)
Probably looking to go with either a Honda or Polaris..
Thanks for your input, feel free to PM me if there are ones you'd stay away from too..
I really hate to do what I am about to do, because it will be very painful for you.

Cycle Town South in Red Oak is the best Polaris dealer I know of. I have 2 Polaris, a 500 and 800 Sportsman. I highly recommend Polaris ATVs, have been riding them since 1993 with no problems.
Ask for Curtis at Cycle Town South. They have had the best prices for Polaris that I have found.

Not to hijack the thread, but have there been any issues with the belt-driven models vs. the driveshaft (manual) transmissions? The 'old' manual trannys seem to last forever, but what are the weak points of the newer 'shiftless' ones? Just regular belt changes?
To tie in with this thread, who has the best transmission?

I have purchased from Honda Suzuki North in Farmers Branch and they have always been great on not only the sales but also the service. Maxim Honda in Allen is also reliable and trustworthy.

Thanks for everyone's input.. Anyone else have a "go-to" dealer around the metroplex that I should consider?

I think most dealers are fine with the exception of Cycle Center in Denton. I have had several bad dealings with them in the past. If they had something at a lower price I still wouldn't buy from them. Everytime I have went in there in the last couple of years I felt like I needed a shower when I left.

Try Family PowerSports of Weatherford. They sell Yamaha,Polaris and their WEB site lists Honda. I bought a Yamahs scooter and my Yamaha Rhino from them. They gave me a really good price on the Rhino and were pleasent to deal with.
