We're offering 2 spots on a 2350 acre ranch on the West Foard county line a few miles from Cottle county. We have had this lease for 12 yrs now and taken some quality deer, hogs, quail, ducks and doves over the years. We had two people who for personal reasons couldn't continue with us this year. Year before last we had one guy who couldn't continue so we dropped the lease from 10 to 9 and now we're down to 7 and for financial reasons we need 2 more!!
Our lease has a very nice house, 5 ponds, very big draws and escarpments and several different fields which are no longer in the CRP program so they're full of small mesquites. The lease is surrounded by the Triangle ranch.
We're all in our 30's/40's and like to get out of the city and drink by the fire!
The price is $2,(year around) and that includes enough corn too run all feeders for 6 months.
Out of the 7 guys 4 are bow hunters year around.

Hello 160 views....give us some feedback. Is the price to high is the lease to far? We have managed this place for 12 years and we're doing everything we can too keep it!

So stands and feeder and a house and feed for deer season for $2k. I dont know about the deer in this area but seems like a deal to me. Wish i had the funds.

each hunter is required to provide "their" own private stand and feeder if you choose not to hunt your spot you can go into a draw for 4 different spots that have been there 12 years, but you have to have your own spot to be able to hunt the 4 draw spots.
We buy about 2,200$ of corn each year and put it in the barn for everyone to use.

Each hunter is allowed 1 guest at a time. Guest are allowed to hunt doves, pigs and quail after deer season.

i use to own a high fence ranch in that area and there are good deer in the area for sure
