I am excited about hunting Lake Lavon this season. I took my boat out and checked last years spots and they are looking very promising.

^^^^Really? I Just called the office and they said that they are closing the area to hunting this year because too many fishermen complained about not being able to access the lake due to the crazy amount of hunters. mad It's just sad that we are losing more and more places to hunt. frown

It is a shame. They actually sent me a notice in the mail.

They said they may open the Northern end of Ray Hubbard up though.

AWSOME!!! I saw so many birds there the last couple of years while catfishing... man its gonna be ON!!!!!
