Total newb with AR's, but I just got this awesome DPMS from the forum. I am heading to the range tomorrow morning and started loading my mags this evening but something is totally not right. Did the guy give me the wrong mags... Whats the deal?

can You get a brighter pic.? does kind of look like it may be a .308 mag or the lips have widened out some how. what range You going to tomorrow?

wait. if the mag fits in the AR and the AR is a .223/5.56 then it's not a .308 mag. Hmmm, the lips must be widened out for some reason. still need a brighter pic if Ya' can.
