 Hog Wild Taco's recipe & pics !

We thin sliced a little pigs hind quarter (1 1/2 -2lbs of meat) then marinated in beer & garlic powder overnite ,
Then we pan fried them using olive oil , taco seasoning ,minced garlic ,papirika, cilantro & onions
Served up in a flour tortilla with some lime juice

Udamdan did you just use a hind quarter for this? Just slicing the meat off till none left?
