i have a small lease in Splendora, Tx that is available this year. I allow a total of 4 hunters on the lease.
no electricity, or water. very light hunting pressure over the past 6 years. $460 per member.
Land is 1/2 12 year old pine and 1/2 mature hardwood/pine mix.
I do allow kids under 18 and spouse. But all deer come off your tag.

How many acres is it? im really looking for a place to hunt this year but i dont have the kind of money most of these places want

what county is splendora in? nearest city? montgomery, county. 35 miles north of houston

Is this year round or just for deer season?
I assume there are a lot of hogs out that way that could be taken through the year.
Are all 4 spots still open?
