The jello always gummed up my feeder also. Corn is all you need. If you want to use jello I dig a hole with post hole digger and bury corn mixed with jello or whatever a good 2-3ft deep and that will keep them coming back. They cycle at my setup too but I did buy some sow urine from Dick's and I have some big boys coming in and hanging out, its working. I'm out east and the wild plums this year are very abundant. Hogs putting a hurt on them but still hitting feeder.
