so how do you know if you are going to like it or not. the reason i ask is cause we get on this subject it seems like daily.i dont see how you are making your decision on something you havent even shot first hand. I shoot Hoyt cause they feel good to me but i also have shot the mathews Z7 and DXT and i can tell you that i may switch. i havent shot any of the PSE bows but i may pick one up one day and decide that they are a better bow for me. im just curious how alot of people base there decisions on what they want to shoot.

Don't know much about the Vendetta but I have the new 2010 X-force Dream season and it is a barn burner. 1 pin sighted in at 30 yards and it shoots 1/2" high at 20 and 1" low at 40. Very fast and smooth shooting bow. Lots of people who have never even shot one give PSE a bad rap but there new X-force series are awesome.

well there is only one dealer close to me and he only carries PSE from what i can tell and he only has the PSE bow madness in stock to shoot, he's a smaller dealer. I wanna check out the Vendetta because its close in price to the Bow madness, im not able to shoot any bows really since there is no dealer that carries bows in my area. so what do i do ???

I think he is just asking for general opinions on the bow, specifically by someone that has shot or owns one. He didn't say that he had one on order.

firexd - I would just google reviews on that bow to get general info and opinions on it. My guess is...50% will be positive and the other 50% will be negative - different strokes for different folks. But it will give you a good idea of what to look for in the bow should you get a chance to shoot one.
Also, if it's the speed that caught your eye, remember...that is IBO (unloaded string, light arrow, etc.) By the time you load it up and start shooting hunting type arrows (10 - 12gpi, or heavier), the speed will drop off pretty dramatically, So don't limit your choices on IBO speed alone.

what i am trying to get at is that i can give you a bad opinion and say its the worst bow ever and you may go off of what i may have to say or others may say, thats why we always say shoot the bow before you make a decision. its like buying a car, i like the way the new Dodge looks but i test drove a new ford and i bought the truck that i felt drove better and fit me the best so i now own a new 2010 ford and not a dodge

I have the same problem with not being able to find PSEs to try out and I live in the dallas area!!? I called them to tell them I couldn't find a dealer that had a Dream Season or Omen in stock for me to shoot and they basically said too bad so sad.

Bigtuna try pidgeon road in Stephenville. Allan carries all the PSE bows. They really know their stough over there. Allan is an X national champion archer. They will set up anything straight out of the box for you to try out..
