If you're hearing bad things about them, it has to be coming from Mathew guys. What have you heard bad about them?

I have had 2 brands of bows in the last 20 years. I currently shoot a BowTech and really like it.

The captain is a little "tricked up" looking for my taste. For that money why not get a destroyer? Bowtech is good to go.

I was a die hard Mathews shooter, untill 2 years ago. Out of spite for my mathews dealer I bought a BowTech General. The bow is the smoothest bow I have ever shot. LOVE MY BOWTECH

This is who the General was named after.. That is Major General Leroy Sisco (red shirt) and me. He is a big wig with the Texas Trophy Hunters Extravaganza. This was taken while I was working the Bowtech shooting trailer in Ft. Worth. The General and Bowtech have a long time association.
He's a great guy does a lot for our wounded troops.

I just sold an 04 pro 40 dually that I used to use for competition. I put in on ebay and I couldn't believe that I got 300.00 for it. However I got a new set of limbs from Bowtech each year I had it.

I just bought a 2010 Ross Cardiac 31, since Bowtech bought out Ross they are making all the Ross bows. It came in a Bowtech box. Just like Bowtech the quality and proformance is awesome.

Well I bought the Bowtech Captain this last year and used it one season. My opinion is it was too heavy! Bulky limbs, Topheavy. It was quiet and shot well. I needed a smaller versitle bow that I can stand to shoot for a period of time. I sold my Captain and bought a Z7 and love it. Just my honest opinion.

Most of the problems you are reffering to are from the limbs blowing up on the General. Hence the nicknames Blowtech ect. The sad part about it is that BT knew of the problems early on and it took quite a while to fix, correct ect the problem with the limbs. Not all the limbs were exploding some would just crack, making the bow unusable.

Blow tech? Very funny, do you have any idea who makes bowtech limbs, or Mathew limbs? Or better yet have you ever seen a limb blow up? If you know so much about Bowtech, who is production supervisor at bowtech?

Since Diamond is made by Bowtech has anything bad/problematic ever came from that that sector? I shoot Diamond series bows...the name sounds so semi tough but yet femme that I went with it.Mathews sounds so brutal...like a man that would treat me mean, and I'm not that kinda guy!People giggle when they see me with custom pink bow and pink arrows with a large boned gentleman behind release!I need to go to studio and have some glamour shots of my pinkie hottie to post on here.I'm new here so be gentle when I get them posted! cowboy

Here we go again with the my bow rules and yours sucks stuff. I see way too much of this on other forums and THF had been largely free of it until I read this. I'm like your parents when they tell you they "aren't mad....they are just disappointed."
