Just a curious question. How often do you folks check your cameras? If not very often because of logistics, how often do you want to check them?

When I am off (and I work 7 days on and 7 days off) I check them everyday, and about 10 am.

Not really. I am a helicopter mechanic and we fly for the offshore companies. So we keep the same schedule as them. I am trying to get a offshore spot right now though.

I keep my game cameras out about 10 months a year and check them pretty much every day, and I have been doing this for about 10 years.

we try to check ours minimum once a month. i don't like to leave them too long, but i don't like to disturb them too often either.

I check mine every 2 weeks to every 2 months. I think I'd check them once a week if I could, but every day is just too often. I like to see lots of pics at once.

I hate my first day off. Takes me hours to go through 7 days worth of pics. Every day I still have at least 60 pics on each cam, and I have 6 cams out all year.

Whenever we go to the lease which normally every month and a half, until deer season.

Wow, that's a lot. I only have one camera out most of the time. And I definitely don't get that many pictures. Are your's all of deer?

Deer, hogs, squirrels, raccoons, and some birds. But mostly deer. I have it set to take lots of pics though. 2 pics every 2 minutes if game is in front of it. I have 28.6 gig of mostly deer pics just from 2010 on my computer. I save very few of the hog pics.

I check mine about every 3 weeks on average. During the offseason (now), I only have it set to take 1 picture and then time out for 5 minutes. I'll dial it up to 1 picture per minute once mid-September rolls around.

Sometimes as little as every couple of days to every couple of months after Turkey season through Summer.

I check 2 cameras every 2 weeks .

whenever I make time to go in this time of year.... during hunting season, the same thing, but I'm checking the ones around where I'm hunting everyday that I'm in as I pour out another bag of corn around them.

I check them twice every weekend (well almost every weekend)

Weekly August thru January and every two weeks Feb thru July.

Thanks for all the replies. I was thinking of checking mine once every week if I could. Thought that might be too much, but looks like that might be pretty much the norm.

I checked mine this past weekend for the first time since the end of the season. I would love to check it a couple of times a month but since it is a 4 hour drive it simply is not an option for me. So I will check it again when I go back to check on things in late July or early Aug.

The more you're in the woods the more educated your deer are. I may just be paranoid, but I only check my camera once a month during the off season and once a week to two weeks during hunting season. But I also dont hunt where I get 60 pictures a day.
