I do some guiding/outfitting for Big B Exotics. The ranch is located about 2 hours southwest of the Metromess. I just wanted to post about some of the hunts available. Hunts currently available are:
Blackbuck - $1100 (Most out there are in the 18”-20” range)
Axis Buck - $1250 up 32” / $1500 33” and above (The vast majority of bucks will be in hard horn in the next 1-3 months)
Addax Male - $2000 (Any size)
Axis Doe - $300
Nilgai - $1500
Fall/Winter Hunts:
Red Stag - $2500 (Any size) – These hunts will start in September
Fallow Buck - $1200-$1500 – These hunts will start in September
Whitetail Buck - $500 Management (8 points or less) / $1000 8-Point / $2500 9-Points and above
Unfortunately, there is no lodging or meals included. There is a hotel within 20 miles of the gate. Caping for mounting is $35.
Guide fees are $100 a day, and that is waived if an animal is taken. Guide fee will also be waived if you are not presented with a shot opportunity during your hunt. If you hunt for two days, and you do not get a chance at your animal there is no fee. I am happy to discuss this further with you if you have questions.
Deposit on doe hunts is half the price, and $500 for buck hunts. Deposit is refunded if no animal is taken.
The ranch is under high fence. Rifle or bow is welcome. In all honesty, there are only two real bow stands. There is one elevated box blind that would work for bow as well as rifle. If you are interested in bow hunting please contact more for more information. I just want to make sure you have proper expectations of the hunting.
