Testing the waters.
I know of a Lease in Coleman county that their are guys on their already but they mainly want to deer hunt and I told them they should look for (1) guy to just hunt their pigs and varmints which they have alot of.
They may let you shoot some does in the future but now it's a hog and varmints ONLY.They would prefer a bow hunter but did not dismiss a gun hunter.

price, acreage, water on the land (pond, stream etc)?
also, would camping be allowed? It's a long drive for me.
