Howdy guys. I just came up with a new place for y'all to consider. This place is 2000 acres on the Red River in Hall County. It has a wide variety if terrain and it "hunts" even bigger than 2000 acres. There are several food plots on the place. It has mule deer and whitetails as well as turkeys, quail, dove, and plenty of hogs! We are looking for the right group of guys that are interested in staying a long time and managing the deer herd.

$20,000.00 We would like to keep it to 6 guys but would consider a couple more if we are dealing with the right folks.

I don't have any pics unfortuneately. The place is exceptional to say the least. It lies on the North side of the Red River. It has lots of big cottonwoods and deep draws that run into the river with some plum thickets and food plots mixed in. Then when you get on top, there are big mesquite flats with really big draws running thru them. There are some live springs in one of the draws on top, and there is at least one food plot up there too. I really don't know how else to describe it. If it fits within your budget, I can tell you that it would be well worth your time to come look. You'd have a hard time finding a better place for the money in our part of the world.

We just came up with a new place in Wheeler Co. It's 880 acres with a creek that runs through the entire property. I'll post more details about this place this afternoon.

We have a 320 acre wheat farm with tons of deer on it and creek that runs down one side with a big pond at the end. It's a great place for two guys.

640 acres in Hall Co. there are both mule deer and whitetails on this place. Looking for four guys here.

Still have a great little place for one guy. This place has two creek drainages that converge on the place and wheat fields on each side! it could not be laid out any better.

The 2000 acre place is still available as well. This place is not the cheapest place in the world, but for a group of guys that are serious about managing a quality place and killing some really big deer, this is a hard to find opportunity in our area.

I have to agree guys, my partners and I have leased from Chad for going on 3 years now and he has always taken very good care of us. If the smaller place he mentioned for one guy is still up for grabs, I can tell you that area southwest of Childress is pretty awesome. We hunt that area as well and there's a great mix of Mule Deer and Whitetail as well as some very large hogs. Give him a call and I promise you wont be disappointed with him or what he has to offer.
