Here is one version of the recipe we like 
1 pound fresh, ground pork sausage
3 tablespoons minced onion
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
3 cups of cream gravy
2 slices of toast

I bet I ate 100 lbs of this between the ages of 14 and 18, and it's still one of my favorite things to eat.

I think its hilarious you took the time to post pics of SOS! Arguably one of the BEST breakfast and occasional dinners out there. I like to shake a little Tony's on top personally.
