Im looking forward to floatin around on the lake and enjoying the summer but its really just somthing to make the time go by faster til deer season cranks back up (been flingin lots of arrows this year so gona get to start hunting a little quicker this year!

ours is at the end of May... the devil would have to be chipping ice himself before it would mess with my hunting or fishing.

I will not get burned out lol. But yes I have picked up hog hunting and am getting into dove this year also. I live to hunt. O I appreciate it alot, the off season makes me not take for granted when the season comes. Because on those days when you dont want to get up or go out to hunt I just think I will have plenty of off days after the season and can rest after.

I just find something else to hunt....

I fish all spring, summer and fall but it is not the same. I love fishing but I just got on my first lease and set up my feeder and camera 1 month ago and can't wait to get out there and check to see what is coming. It is very addictive. I just bought a travel trailer for the lease and I am looking for a UTV.
The best thing is my wife is 100% behind us. She found the travel trailer and is looking for the UTV.

But the kicker is my 12 year son is my hunting buddy and he is even more excited than I am. I did not grow up hunting but my son will.

I love deer hunting and all but i gotta get some new gear and make some cash before this season so im not to ready right now. seein im inly 17 so thank goodness for summers

It is against my religion to fish during hunting season, but I will admit around the last week or so of season, I start thinking about the redfish, blackdrum & specs on Sabine Lake.

I will be fishing all of next weekend and taking a buddy with me, but since hogs and easterns seem to be moving like crazy back home he is going to get some hunting out of the deal as well.

Me too, cant wait to get out and see nuthin again this year! Is it too early to start a AR hate thread? LOL.

Those will probably pick back up once the horns get to growing good.
