Only thing I added was the mag extension for you small finger to rest on. Matter of fact, I made the mistake of letting my wife shoot it and she repo'ed it. Which is ok because it give me a reason to buy a G27 wink

I have one with no complaints. Your 19 magazines will work in it as well for target shooting

I have one and I added the mag extension for the pinkie finger to rest on. I really like that option. The gun shoots really well. I dont have anything bad to say.

I had one, and also a Glock 22 which I still have.

To me it wasn't much different than the Glock 22, in weight and bulk, but it was a little short for me in the grip.

I sold it and kept the Glock 22 and I don't think you will notice much difference between the 19 and the 26 which are fairly close in size once you add the extended grip if you choose to do so.

It won't work very well in a pocket either, since it feels like a little brick when placed in a pocket.

I think a kahr or a small hammerless revolver is what may be my next gun, for pocket carry, but so far the Glock fits my needs.

Once i learned that i didn't "NEED" to kill something, and that if i did kill something all the fun stopped and work began, i was a much better hunter.

I have the Glock 19 and love it. I compared them and basically the 26 with a mag extension is the model 19. Not much difference in size or weight...just my $.02.

I carry my 26 every day. I put a Pearce +1 on mine to help with the grip size. I also have a 23 I carry in cold weather but it is less comfortable and heavier.

there is a length difference, but with the grip ext about the same... I prefer the 19 over the 26, but the 26 is shorter both ways in the factory configuation...

Now, I'd carry 17 spare mags, just saying....

We are carrying 228's right now, but we hide the spare 228 mags, ALL our spares are 226 mags so that they interchange upwardly...
