OP vicious Woodsman V Joined: Dec 2009 Posts: 209 North Texas	Looking for 1 maybe 2 management minded hunters for 1500ac lease in Motley Co. Whitetail, mule deer, hogs, some turkey, coyotes, and bobcats. Lease has 2 bedroom 1 bath house on it with central heat and air. Pease River runs through lease, and has some ruff country. 5 total hunters for lease. Family oriented. Children welcome! Beautiful place!!! Sorry $2000 a gun. I did not hunt this place last year, so I don't know how good it's going to be, but looks good. It is 1500acs in north motley co on the pease river for $2000 a gun a year. The payment is split half and half, and is due after spring turkey. There is a nice camp house on it with central heat and air, and a full bathroom. I lost the lease when the owner died and the kids sold the land. If I had the $2000.00 right now I would get ont he lease. I shot a mulie last year that went 300lb on the hoof and filled my whitetail tags and shot 3 hogs. Salty Bum HOOK EM HORNS!!!!!! <')))))))))*><
