Looking for a lease as we have lost ours this year due to a land sale and wondered if anyone used Leasehunter.com? If so, what kind of experience was it and do you think its worth the 30 bucks for 6 months?

They got a lot of listings on there. I'd say it's worth it and they seem to update and have new postings quite often.

Yes, leasehunter.com is pretty decent. We found our new lease in Mason County by using it.

Another good one is huntingleaselocator.com. It is about the same price and that is how I found my new lease.

I've listed properties with them before and my phone just about melted. I guess that means they have a lot of traffic.

When I have emailed about leases I found on leasehunter, I would say I get a response about 5% of the time.

Thats what I wondered about. I can imagine the land owners get tons of emails and phone calls but at least I have a place to check regularly. I'm looking in West and North Texas counties right now. Mason might be a little far for me right now but thanks for the offers.

i have posted my lease on sites like this and maybe this exact site. i still get calls 5 years later, i asked several to remove it but they dont. that is probably why people dont get responses
