I have some land I am thinking about leasing this upcoming year. I was just wondering how much you guys are used to paying per season or year. Any help would be appreciated. I am trying to do some research before I get in knee deep. Thanks.

Here is what I would be leasing out:

Whitetail
Turkey
Quail
Hog

The land is out in West Texas near Lubbock. Thanks again.

160 acres.

No.

Electricity could most likely be run. As of now, no.

Thats really only enough room for 1 maybe 2 hunters depending on layout & cover. If there is enough room for 2 you could probably get 1000.00-1500.00 a gun maybe.

in that part of the world
if it has water of some sort it will attract more game
no water, then it gets risky

Where is a great question? I know a great kid looking for a small tract to hunt out that way by himself, or maybe when his old man's in town...

$8 per acre max. However, there are fools in every crowd. I guess you could find two guys willing to hunt in the center of the property with their backs to one another.

They make ammo specifically for hunting for a reason! nidea
