Rio. The buff color on the rump and also the tip of the fan feathers is what you're looking for on a Rio. These will be much darker on an Eastern.

Def looks like rio from the light color tips on tail, but I didn't know rio were that far north.....

I dont know first one we have seen ever on our place, this is the first year we put up feeders trying to get some hogs in and this is the only pic we got strange to see, I was kinda shocked and happy all at once.
