Looking form some thoughts. What price would you think a year round lease on 450 acres would go for. It is located in Stonewall county, year round lease, birds, deer, hogs, fishing(spring feed tank), water, electricity, three gun limit, food plots. Anyone have a lease in this area, and if so what kind of price do you pay. Thanks.

$10 and acre would be a pretty good price ! Especially if it has any mule deer running around it. I would expect to pay around $12-$15 an acre.

elect. and water $10.00 would be an awesome price but I think everything up there is like 15-25 an acre but they always sell 'em by the gun not acre..GOOD LUCK! keep us posted!
