Is baiting hogs on Type 2 land permitted? If you do kill a feral hog on type 2 public land are you required to remove the carcass?

you are not supposed to bait anything in the national forest. As far as the carcass goes I don't think any one would complain about leaving it.

No baiting. Hogs are a nuisance so I can't imagine it would be an issue. I'm not sure though.

Sometimes yer flush an sometimes yer bust, an when yer up its never good as it seems and when yer down you never think you'll be up again...but life goes on.

If its the national forests that are leased for cattle, some of them have stipulations on leaving even guts, check each place, they don't want to attract predators
