Hey guys. What are your opinions on using a high rack? I have always been a firm believer in getting as far away from the truck as possible. Every one uses them so I don't know if I am doing myself any favors by not changing my ways.

we use one and usually have great results, this weekend being an exception. Just funnel your light so your not always shining the truck.

It sure helps when you can get a lil higher elevation to see them coming in and a steadier rest for your gun .

Just dont make it so high as the wind will get you to rocking . I like my not much heavier than the side rails of the truck .
