I am looking into getting a doz full body mallards and a half dozen Pintails. Give me some brand reviews, prices ect. I want some very high end decoys, money is not the option to be discussed here. I am adding to all my arsenals and don't care of the cost of the decoys. I am more looking at what brand has the best detail ect. I am not interested in flocked because I don't want to have to reflock them later. I want them individually bagged while in the boat to keep them as nice as I can for as long as I can.

I individually bag my higdon shell snow geese decoys and they have lasted me for about 5 years and they look brand new. Yes it is a pain in the hiney but they were very expensive.

Also if you some for sale PM me even if they are on the lower end of the detail. I am loking to add 2 dozen of them to my Canada goose spread for when I go up north.

I found a smokin hot deal in the classifieds. I got 36 snow-6 speckle belly shells- and a bag in good shape. I also got 24 Higdon weighted keel mallards with a brand new bag all for $105. Those are the deals I like to find. Now I got to figure out to get them into the nbarn without the wife seeing me cart them in. Oncce I get them in they will be camo'ed by the rest of the deeks.

The GHG are the best IMO.

They have two lines:

Regular full bodies $200/dozen
These are the ones I have with the little 2" orange stub legs

Full Body Harvester pack $240/dozen
These are the new ones they came out with that have the huge orange legs on them. They are badazz. I'd go with the harvesters for the extra $40. Plus they have additional head positions.

I don't think you need individual bags for each decoy.

Avery makes 6 and 12 slot bags that hold each duck in it's own little pocket. They don't rub at all. Plus, there's interior pockets to put the detachable heads in.

The Harvester pack comes with a 12 slot bag! That means you get the better decoys with a $60 bag for free.

My buddy has the GHG harvester decoys with the 12 slot bag and they are awesome and look really good out in the spread. We used them in west texas this year and back down here on the lakes and they did the job.

If you dont care about cost call one of the carvers in Havre de Grace. They can make you some full body's that will just go up in value.

I have a half dozen full body mallards that go on the swivel stand deals...they are awesome but I never use them. They are just so big and bulky.

Go GHG...they are simply the best on the market.

I use them day in and day out, and beat the hell out of them, and they have held up! (and if something holds up around me it is worth buying!)
