I saw one this morning with horns...But if you plan on shooting a doe look at her close, it could be a buck.

Most still have both antlers and some have only one left in Mills County. Guess you might want to think about what you will do if you come across a trophy deer with one antler huh?

Most do have horns, some don't. Be careful! Study the deer closely before pulling the trigger.

Yep... and that's why you will see fawns with spots as late as the gun opener this November. Buck/doe ratio outta whack.

I saw a group of 7 bucks running together in Wise Co in the big city of Briar yesterday. All pretty decent bucks with both antlers. But like they said, look close.

I just came back from Winona and I saw a few bucks that had antlers if that helps. I would do as the others have said just watch carefully.

Where I hunt it is about 70/30 they still have 'em...I hunted HARD for a doe-last day of our extended doe season (Jan 17th-ish) a baldie showed up alone-all our bucks had been running in groups of 3-4 so I put her down...only to walk up on HIM with divits in his head where both antlers had dropped, probably not more than 24 hrs before. Like they said, see if you can get 'em to hike their legs for you to be sure.

be careful after you shoot on how you handle the head or you will have a set of rattling horns real quick

Can sheds be found on public land? I'd like to go out and search for some but don't have access to a lease
