I have a friend with some country for lease just NW of Ozona, TX. About half of this ranch was not hunted in 2009. Ex-hunters run off for shooting water tank and a horse. Looking for the right group of folks or it wont be leased at all. This is in big ranch country with big neighbors. Ranch does have livestock on it. This ranch has some nice deer and great potential when managed correctly.
Details:
2,800 up to approx 6,500 acres for lease
Ranch house and hookups for trailers available
Big draws and rolling hills
This whole ranch has heavy cover of mesquite and cedar
Looking for long term management minded hunters
No heavy drinking, partying, or drugs
Family friendly lease
Deer, Dove, Quail, Turkey, and a few Javalinas
Approx $6.25 per acre for Deer, Quail, and Dove
$1 per acre for spring turkey (loaded with birds)
Approx $7.25 per acre for year round all game.

I will respond to the PMs and posts this afternoon when I have a little more time to respond fully.
Groups that are interested in leasing the whole ranch of approx 6500 acres will have priority before it is split in half.

Probably going to look at breaking this ranch into two leases this week. I will update with specific info.
The smaller part will be about 2800 acres with elect and water hookups for about $7.25 per acre for year round including spring turkey. This part of the ranch was not hunted this past season.
Nice lease with lots of game.
