Abilene Varmint Hunts
Jan.16th 7am-7pm Feb. 20th 12pm-12am Mar. 20th 7am-7pm ENTRY : $135 PER TEAM ---$10 FROM EACH TEAM WILL GO TOWARDS CALCUTTA
1.Up to four people per team. All team members must be able to take and complete a polygraph test. If for any reason a person is unable to complete or fails the polygraph that team will be disqualified.
2.All hunting must be done by team members only in the state of Texas. Hunting must be done during contest hours only. Any animal killed prior to contest hours will not be accepted. All animals must be killed by a team member. No pooling animals allowed.
3.No person other than team members are allowed to aid in any way. Such as ride with,call for, or retrieve animals
4.No team members can split up to hunt. If you have a two, three,or four man team all team members must be within 100 yards of one another unless retrieving a killed animal.
5.The hunts on January 16th and March 20th will have a early registration on the Friday prior to the hunt at Texas Game Trails from 4pm-7pm. Only the team captains must be at sign in. All team members must be at check-out.
6.Check-out for the January and March hunts will be from 7pm-8pm. Any team that does not arrive by 8pm will be disqualified.
7.All team members must be at registration at Texas Game Trails from 10am-11am and be accounted for when signed in on the Feb 20th hunt. All team members must be at check-out from 12am-12:30am. Any team that does not arrive by 12:30 will be disqualified.
8.All animals must be called. If you spot an animal you must wait 30 seconds and then gain his attention (it must look at you) before you shoot it.
9.No baiting, trapping, snaring, flying, or poaching animals. You may hunt over a dead animal that died of natural causes at least 24 hours prior to the hunt that has not been moved to a location other than a dead pit.
10.On the Jan. 16th and Mar. 20th hunts no artificial lights are allowed to aid in shooting or spotting an animal.
11.There is a limit of twelve animals per team at check-out. No individual limit on animals.
12.All ties will be determined by heaviest coyote. Heaviest coyote wins the tie breaker.
13.15 teams or more will pay three places.
14.Team member that signs their team up is responsible for all team members reading the rules. Not knowing the rules is not an excuse for failing or not completing the polygraph !!!
15.Payout will be figured after polygraph expenses are determined.
16.OBEY ALL STATE AND FEDERAL LAWS AT ALL TIMES!!!!
17.ALL RULES ARE FINAL !!!!!

I am hosting these hunts so everyone can enjoy the friendly competition, and for my time my teams fees will be waived except for side pots and Calcutta fees.

Is the 135 per hunt or for all 3 hunts? and is it a running total for all the hunts or is there pay out for each hunt?

I'm guessing all the points carry over from each hunt? Or is that three individual hunts?

These hunts are three seperate hunts with payouts at each hunt. Sorry for the confusion
